Project Managed the transfer of staff and closure of Lime Street office for Morley Fund Management.
Provided a management interface for a pan-departmental project involving the relocation of staff from the satellite office to the Company’s Headquarters and the decommissioning and “mothballing” of the building.
Particular attention was paid to the integration of individual work-streams, ensuring that all project inputs were focussed on the business objectives and that all team interfaces were properly managed. Delivery of these requirements involved:
- The removal of a technology hub and re-provisioning of fibre links for the client’s WAN to assure continuity of services between the client’s London offices, data centre and DR Site.
- The redeployment and movement of staff and the decommissioning of IT and desktop technology.
- Decommissioning of the tenant’s security system and PABX and the agreement of dilapidations with the landlord’s representatives.
- Furniture disposal and the general close-down of the site.
